These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Roundpit, the app and website operated by HLGN Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Roundpit, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, posting an event, or otherwise using Roundpit, you confirm that you're at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Roundpit helps people discover live music, open mics, and local events, and helps venues and artists post and manage those events. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we'll try to give reasonable notice of significant changes.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away through the support center if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Posting events & content
When you post an event, you're responsible for making sure the information is accurate — the venue, date, time, and any other details. You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant HLGN Studio a license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the Service.
We reserve the right to remove any event or content that violates these Terms, is inaccurate or misleading, or that we determine is inappropriate for the Service, at our discretion.
5. Acceptable use
When using Roundpit, you agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent event information
- Impersonate any person, venue, or organization
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through unauthorized automated access
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
6. Intellectual property
The Roundpit name, logo, and app design are the property of HLGN Studio. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except as necessary to use the Service as intended.
7. Third-party venues & events
Roundpit displays information about venues and events posted by third parties, including venues, artists, and other users. We don't control and aren't responsible for the accuracy of that information, or for what happens at any event listed on the Service. Always confirm event details directly with the venue when it matters.
8. Termination
You may stop using Roundpit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.
9. Disclaimers
Roundpit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any event listed will occur as described.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HLGN Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including anything that happens at an event you found through Roundpit.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through the app or by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
